Membership Terms of Service, Monthly Automatic Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy

These Membership Terms of Service, Automatic Renewal, Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and participation in The Daily Buyers Club (“Membership”), operated by Success from Within, LLC, also referred to as “Cassie Biltz,” “The Daily Buyers Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Membership Overview
The Daily Buyers Club is a digital educational membership designed to provide business education, implementation support, community access, trainings, workshops, challenges, templates, resources, and group question-and-answer opportunities.
The Membership may include:
- Access to a private online community or Telegram group
- Digital trainings and implementation lessons
- Workshops and challenges
- Templates, swipe files, examples, and other digital resources
- New or updated materials released during your active membership
Specific features, platforms, delivery methods, schedules, and materials may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, replace, reschedule, or discontinue individual Membership features when reasonably necessary.
The Membership does not include private or one-on-one coaching unless expressly stated in writing.
2. Digital Product and Immediate Access
The Membership is a digital service. No physical products will be shipped.
You may receive access to digital content, community spaces, downloads, and other resources immediately after your payment is processed. Because access begins immediately, all purchases are subject to the no-refund policy described below.
3. Membership Purchase Options and Automatic Renewal
The Daily Buyers Club is available as either a recurring monthly subscription or a one-time six-month Membership purchase.
Monthly Membership
If you select the monthly option:
- You will be charged the price displayed at checkout when you enroll.
- Your payment method will then be charged automatically every month.
- Monthly charges will continue until you cancel the subscription.
- Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current or any previous billing period.
- After cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current paid monthly billing period.
Six-Month Membership
If you select the six-month option:
- You will be charged the full six-month price displayed at checkout when you enroll.
- The six-month payment is a one-time, prepaid payment for six months of Membership access.
- The six-month option is not a month-to-month payment plan or an automatically renewing subscription.
- Your payment method will not be automatically charged again at the end of your six-month access period.
- Your Membership access will automatically expire at the end of the six-month period.
- The six-month purchase cannot be canceled, prorated, or refunded after payment has been processed.
- If you wish to continue participating after your six-month access period ends, you must actively purchase another available Membership option at the price and under the terms offered at that time.
By selecting the monthly option and completing your purchase, you expressly authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide each month until you cancel.
By selecting the six-month option and completing your purchase, you authorize a single charge for the full six-month Membership price displayed at checkout. You will not be automatically charged again when that six-month period ends.
4. Optional VIP Upgrade
At checkout, you may have the option to add the Daily Buyers Club VIP Upgrade to your Membership purchase.
The VIP Upgrade is an optional, separate, automatically renewing monthly subscription. It is not included in the standard Daily Buyers Club Membership unless expressly stated at checkout.
If you purchase the VIP Upgrade:
- You will be charged the VIP price displayed at checkout when you enroll.
- Your payment method will then be charged automatically each month.
- Monthly VIP charges will continue until you cancel the VIP Upgrade.
- The VIP Upgrade renews independently of your primary Daily Buyers Club Membership.
- Purchasing a one-time six-month Membership does not change the recurring nature of the monthly VIP Upgrade.
- Your six-month Membership may expire without renewal while your VIP Upgrade continues to renew unless you separately cancel the VIP Upgrade.
- Canceling the VIP Upgrade does not automatically cancel your primary Daily Buyers Club Membership.
- Canceling your primary Daily Buyers Club Membership does not automatically cancel the VIP Upgrade unless both subscriptions are separately canceled.
- Cancellation prevents future VIP renewals but does not refund or prorate the current or any previous VIP billing period.
- After cancellation, you will retain VIP access through the end of your current paid VIP billing period.
By adding the VIP Upgrade and completing your purchase, you expressly authorize Success from Within, LLC and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at checkout and automatically charge that amount each month until you cancel.
The VIP Upgrade may include access to monthly group question-and-answer opportunities where members may receive personalized educational feedback relating to their businesses.
The VIP Upgrade does not include unlimited direct messaging, continuous access to Cassie Biltz, guaranteed one-on-one coaching, private coaching calls, or immediate responses outside of the scheduled VIP experience unless expressly stated in writing.
The schedule, format, duration, question-submission process, platform, and delivery of the VIP experience may be modified, rescheduled, or replaced when reasonably necessary.
Access to VIP requires active access to The Daily Buyers Club unless otherwise expressly stated. If your primary Membership expires or is terminated, your eligibility to participate in VIP may also end. You remain responsible for separately canceling any active VIP subscription to prevent future VIP charges.
5. Billing and Access Dates
If you select the monthly Membership, your first renewal date will generally fall one month after your original purchase date. Your monthly subscription will continue to renew on or around that date until canceled.
If you select the six-month Membership, your access period will generally begin on the date of purchase and expire six months later. The six-month Membership does not automatically renew, and your payment method will not be charged again at the end of that period.
The exact renewal date or access expiration date displayed in your account, billing portal, purchase receipt, or purchase confirmation controls.
Monthly members are responsible for reviewing their renewal date and maintaining accurate account, email, and payment information.
A failure to remember a monthly renewal date, review an email, access the Membership, or use the included resources does not invalidate an otherwise authorized monthly subscription charge.
6. Founding Member and Grandfathered Pricing
If you enroll at a founding-member or promotional subscription rate, that rate may remain available to you for as long as your subscription remains continuously active and in good standing.
If you cancel, allow your subscription to expire, experience an unresolved payment failure, or otherwise lose your active status, your former rate is not guaranteed.
If you later rejoin, you will be subject to the price and terms available at that time.
Grandfathered pricing applies only to the original Membership subscription and does not guarantee that every future product, service, upgrade, event, or Membership feature will be included without an additional charge.
7. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies to the automatically renewing monthly Membership.
You may cancel the automatic renewal of your monthly Membership at any time.
Cancellation applies to future monthly renewals only. It does not retroactively cancel, reverse, prorate, or refund a payment that has already been processed.
To prevent an upcoming monthly renewal charge, complete your cancellation before your next renewal is processed.
The six-month Membership is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. Therefore, no cancellation is required to prevent future charges. Six-month access will expire automatically at the end of the prepaid six-month period.
How to Cancel
You may cancel using one of the following approved methods:
- Log into your Kajabi account portal and use the available subscription cancellation option; or
- Email coachcassandraklafter@gmail.com with the subject line “Daily Buyers Club Cancellation Request.”
Your cancellation request should include:
- The full name used for the purchase
- The email address associated with your account
- A clear statement that you wish to cancel The Daily Buyers Club subscription
Social media comments, direct messages, Telegram messages, replies to promotional messages, or messages sent through unrelated platforms are not guaranteed to be monitored and are not approved cancellation methods.
When available, self-service cancellation through your account or billing portal is the fastest cancellation method.
Cancellation Timing
Online self-service cancellations are effective when successfully completed through the billing portal.
Email cancellation requests are reviewed during normal business hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Requests received outside business hours may be reviewed on the next business day. Therefore, we strongly recommend submitting an emailed cancellation request at least two business days before your renewal date.
We will send written confirmation after an emailed cancellation request has been processed. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
If you do not receive confirmation, contact us again before your renewal date or use the online billing portal.
8. Effect of Cancellation or Expiration
Monthly Membership
After canceling a monthly Membership:
- You will not be charged for additional monthly renewal periods.
- You will ordinarily retain access through the end of your current paid monthly billing period.
- No unused portion of the current monthly billing period will be refunded or credited.
- Your access will end when the current paid monthly period expires.
- You may lose access to the community, trainings, downloads, templates, live sessions, and other Membership resources.
- You are responsible for downloading any permitted resources before your access expires.
- Your founding or grandfathered price will be forfeited.
Cancellation of a monthly subscription does not create a refund for the remaining days in that month.
Six-Month Membership
The six-month Membership does not need to be canceled because it does not automatically renew.
At the end of the six-month access period:
- Your payment method will not be charged again.
- Your Membership access will automatically expire.
- You may lose access to the community, trainings, downloads, templates, live sessions, and other Membership resources.
- You are responsible for downloading any permitted resources before your access expires.
- Any founding or promotional six-month purchase price will not be guaranteed for a future purchase.
A six-month Membership purchase does not create a refund or credit for any unused weeks or months in the prepaid six-month period.
9. Refund Policy
Because the Membership provides immediate access to digital content, community spaces, intellectual property, and educational resources, all sales are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
This policy applies to both recurring monthly Membership payments and one-time six-month Membership purchases.
We do not provide full or partial refunds, credits, extensions, or prorated reimbursements because:
- You did not access or use the Membership
- You did not attend a live session
- You did not complete the trainings
- You changed your mind
- Your business plans, schedule, finances, or personal circumstances changed
- If you are a monthly member, you forgot to cancel before the renewal date
- You did not recognize or remember the charge
- You did not read the purchase confirmation, monthly renewal information, or six-month access terms
- You misunderstood the monthly option as a one-time purchase or the six-month option as an automatically renewing subscription
- You did not receive the specific result you hoped to achieve
- You canceled your monthly subscription after a renewal payment had already been processed
- You no longer wish to use the remaining portion of a prepaid six-month term
For monthly members, submitting a cancellation request after a charge has been processed will stop the next monthly renewal but will not ordinarily reverse the charge that has already occurred. The six-month Membership does not renew automatically and will expire at the end of the prepaid access period.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
10. Failed and Past-Due Payments
Monthly members agree to maintain a valid payment method while their recurring subscription is active. Six-month members must provide a valid payment method at the time of their one-time purchase.
If a payment is declined, expired, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, we or our payment processor may:
- Retry the payment method
- Notify you of the failed payment
- Temporarily suspend Membership access
- Terminate the subscription
- Restrict access until the balance is paid
You remain responsible for authorized payments associated with your subscription.
We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us at coachcassandraklafter@gmail.com so we have a reasonable opportunity to review and address your concern.
For monthly members, filing a chargeback does not automatically cancel your recurring subscription. You must separately cancel the monthly subscription using an approved cancellation method. The six-month Membership does not automatically renew and does not require cancellation to prevent future charges.
If you dispute a valid, authorized charge, we may provide your checkout acknowledgment, transaction history, access records, communication records, subscription terms, and other relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution.
We may suspend or revoke Membership access while a dispute is pending.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in termination of access and refusal of future service. Nothing in this provision prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.
12. No Earnings or Results Guarantee
The Membership provides education, information, examples, tools, and general business support.
We do not guarantee that you will:
- Make any particular amount of money
- Create a profitable offer
- Make 100 sales or any specific number of sales
- Increase your followers, audience, customers, or revenue
- Sell a high-ticket offer
- Recover the cost of your Membership
- Achieve results within a particular period
- Duplicate the results of Cassie, a client, testimonial, or case study
Testimonials, revenue examples, customer stories, and case studies illustrate individual experiences only. They are not promises, projections, or guarantees of your results.
Your results depend on factors including your experience, audience, market, offer, messaging, pricing, implementation, effort, consistency, business decisions, and circumstances beyond our control.
You remain solely responsible for your business decisions, actions, expenses, legal compliance, financial outcomes, and results.
13. Educational Disclaimer
The Membership is for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing in the Membership constitutes individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding decisions requiring professional advice.
Participation in the Membership does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, or other professional relationship.
14. Live Sessions, Scheduling, and Recordings
Live sessions, workshops, challenges, question-and-answer opportunities, and other events may be scheduled, rescheduled, modified, substituted, or canceled.
We do not guarantee a specific number of live sessions unless expressly stated as part of your purchase.
Some sessions may be recorded and made available to active members. By participating in a recorded session, you understand that your name, voice, image, comments, questions, chat contributions, or other participation may appear in the recording.
When practical, you may participate with your camera off or submit questions without sharing sensitive personal information.
Do not disclose confidential, proprietary, medical, financial, or highly sensitive information during group sessions or community discussions.
If a session will be used publicly for marketing rather than solely within the Membership, any legally required additional release or consent will be obtained.
15. Community Standards
You agree to participate professionally and respectfully.
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, bully, shame, discriminate against, or abuse another person
- Post unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or intentionally disruptive content
- Solicit members through unsolicited private messages
- Harvest member names, email addresses, contact details, or business information
- Promote unrelated offers without permission
- Share another member’s confidential information
- Copy, record, scrape, download, distribute, or republish community discussions
- Impersonate another person
- Use the community to facilitate fraud or unlawful conduct
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Membership platform
We may remove content or suspend or terminate a member who violates these standards.
Removal for misconduct does not entitle the member to a refund.
16. Confidentiality and Member Privacy
Group communities cannot be guaranteed to be completely confidential.
You agree to respect the privacy of other members and not disclose, reproduce, or distribute their personal information, questions, experiences, strategies, screenshots, or contributions outside the Membership without their express permission.
We are not responsible for another member’s unauthorized conduct, although we may take reasonable action after becoming aware of a violation.
You are responsible for deciding what information you share.
17. Intellectual Property
All Membership content—including videos, audio recordings, trainings, written materials, templates, frameworks, swipe files, graphics, worksheets, challenges, and methods—is owned by or licensed to Success from Within, LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
Your active Membership grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal or internal business purposes.
You may use permitted templates and prompts within your own business, but you may not:
- Resell or redistribute the Membership materials
- Share your login or account
- Upload materials to shared drives, databases, memberships, courses, or AI training repositories
- Copy or substantially reproduce trainings or frameworks
- Teach, package, sublicense, or sell the materials as your own
- Provide the materials to clients, employees, contractors, or other third parties unless expressly permitted
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
- Record live sessions without written permission
Your license ends when your Membership access ends, except that you may continue using final work you personally created through lawful application of the materials.
18. Account Security
Your Membership is licensed to one individual unless a different arrangement is stated in writing.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, account, and payment information.
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with credential sharing or unauthorized access.
19. Third-Party Platforms
The Membership may be delivered through third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, Telegram, course platforms, video-conferencing tools, community platforms, or other technology providers.
Your use of those services may also be governed by the providers’ terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for temporary outages, changes, restrictions, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms. When reasonably possible, we will work to restore access or provide an alternative delivery method.
20. Modification of Membership
The Membership is intended to evolve over time.
We may modify:
- The curriculum or content library
- The order, format, or delivery of materials
- The community platform
- The live-session schedule
- The hosts, contributors, or guest experts
- The Membership name or branding
- The features included in future Membership or access periods
We will not use this provision to charge your payment method at a new price without providing any notice or consent required by applicable law.
If the entire Membership is permanently discontinued during a prepaid period, we may provide a reasonable substitute, continued access for the remainder of the paid term, or another remedy required by law.
21. Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your Membership for:
- Nonpayment
- Chargeback abuse or suspected fraud
- Credential sharing
- Intellectual-property infringement
- Harassment or community misconduct
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct that threatens the safety, reputation, security, or operation of the Membership or its members
Termination for a material violation does not entitle you to a refund.
We may also choose not to renew a monthly Membership at the conclusion of a paid billing period or may choose not to offer another Membership purchase after a six-month access period expires.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Success from Within, LLC, Cassie Biltz, and their owners, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Membership.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Membership will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Membership during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. Where such limitations are prohibited, this section applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Success from Within, LLC, Cassie Biltz, and their owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful conduct
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Your misuse or unauthorized distribution of Membership materials
- Content you post or share
- Your material violation of these Terms
24. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.cassiebiltzcoaching.com/privacy-policy .
Payment information is generally collected and processed by third-party payment providers. We do not control every aspect of those providers’ data practices.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Membership, technology, business practices, or applicable law.
The version in effect when a particular transaction occurs will govern that transaction, subject to any notice or additional consent required by law.
Material changes affecting an active recurring monthly subscription or a current six-month access period will be communicated when required.
Continued use of the Membership after the effective date of an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
26. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at coachcassandraklafter@gmail.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.
Any additional dispute-resolution, arbitration, venue, class-action waiver, or attorney-fee provision should be added only after review by a licensed attorney.
27. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any portion of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, the checkout disclosures, the Privacy Policy, and any written terms specifically associated with your selected Membership option constitute the agreement concerning your Membership purchase.
These Terms supersede inconsistent informal statements, messages, social media posts, or verbal communications, but they do not override any non-waivable right provided by law.

By purchasing or participating in The Daily Buyers Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
